Golf is the quick, sociable card game where the lowest score wins: each player has six cards in two rows of three, and every turn you draw a card and either swap it into your grid or throw it away. Kings count nothing, twos count minus two, and two cards of the same rank in one column cancel out. Play Six-Card Golf online free on CardCouch, in your browser, with no download and no account.
Flip two cards to start, then take the top of the discard pile or draw from the stock. Swap the card for any of yours — face up or still hidden — or discard a stock draw and turn one card over. When a player shows all six cards the opponent gets one last turn, both grids are revealed and scored, and the scorecard runs for nine holes.
On CardCouch
- Standard Six-Card Golf rules: two opening flips, swap or discard-and-flip, a card taken from the discard pile must be swapped, one final turn when a player goes out, nine holes, lowest total wins.
- Scoring done for you: aces 1, twos −2, kings 0, jacks and queens 10, paired columns 0 — with pairs highlighted on the table and a hole-by-hole scorecard.
- Three difficulty levels; the Hard opponent watches your face-up cards, avoids feeding your pairs and races to close the hole when it is ahead.
- A phone-first table with big tap targets, keyboard play and screen-reader announcements of every card.
